Time is the most important factor for success. Successful time management can help you better manage your life at the personal and professional levels. Time management can also help you succeed and reach out superior performance. That is why, controlling time is very important, so as to set objectives and work on achieving them. For that, you need to create a schedule in which you set the goals you need to achieve within a time frame.

The following are few tips to manage your time successfully:

·         Set your priorities: you need to determine first the things you need to do and number them according to their importance in order to use your time in an effective way. Relaxing is also a priority, so do not forget to allocate some time for relaxation, sport and entertainment. By setting your priorities, you can save more time, be more effective, feel more motivated and less stressed.

·         Develop healthy habits: learn how to work and develop your methods and skills. You should learn how to take notes, to summarize book and long chapter, to skim long texts or books, to organize your material and to revise for your tests efficiently. Try in your free time to carry with you some notes that you can read while waiting for the bus, walking, eating etc. Selecting a place for study is also important because this will help your concentrate better. Make sure not to study in a place that may distract your attention; such as working on your bed or in front of your computer.

·         Be Self-confident: believing in yourself and in your potential will surely help you reach out your goals. Self-confidence is part of being successful. But this does not mean that you have to value yourself on how successful you are in your study. Even successful students can fail to manage their time or make mistakes. But be sure that trying to manage your time and devoting yourself to your study as well as concentrating on your future, they all require self-confidence.

·         Do not be tough:  too much pressure can lead to failure. So all what you need is to set realistic and attainable goals. You should be honest with yourself and know your capacity. For instance, do not study for long hours without taking a break. This can lead to boredom. So, do not try to do too much. Relieve yourself of some pressure before your performance in all coursesis affected. You need to find your optimum workload by managing your time well and by trying not to do more than you can realistically accomplish.
